Teachers of the Department organise comprehensive KNEU Spartacus Games in 18 sports popular among students and full-fledged Teacher and Professor Staff Spartacus Games in 7 sports. Ten teams (two of them in badminton and basketball) participate in the Premier League of the Championship of Ukraine and take part in international competitions. Persons responsible for the mass physical culture and sports work exercise control over the meetings of the Physical Culture Council and Trainers' Councils during the year. Chief arbiters monitor the organisation of the Students' Spartacus Games and the Health Spartacus Games.  Persons in charge of the mass physical culture work at faculties and chief trainers in specific sports organise the mass physical culture and sports work with students during non-study hours. The head of the organisational committee, chief trainers of teams and persons in charge of the mass physical culture and sports work are responsible for organising the Sports Festival, the participation of KNEU's teams in city and national competitions, and ensure the coverage of the mass physical culture and sports work in mass media.

 Club training sessions are held at Ekonomist stadium for students, KNEU teams, teachers, professors and employees. The club sessions are visited according to appropriate time schedules.
